How to use
1. Turn on the device by pressing the power button on the main unit for 2 seconds.
2. Press the power button briefly to set [Strong/Weak] mode. (Default: Strong) *Strong mode operates for 25 seconds, weak mode operates for 20 seconds.
3. Place the device on the desired area and begin treatment as soon as you hear the start sound.
4. During use, keep the device in close contact with your skin.
TIP: Strong mode (H) is about 25 seconds, weak mode (L) is about 20 seconds, and the effect is greater the longer you hold it until the buzzer sound ends.
If the device feels hot during use, gently remove and reattach the device. For most effective care, use three times per area.
5. When the end sound sounds, move to the next part and repeat.
If you feel a strong sensation of heat, start with the weak mode.
