How to use
1. Clean the leg area before use.
2. Attach the EMS sheet to the desired area such as the thighs or calves.
3. Turn on the device and select the desired mode.
4. Choose from low frequency, medium frequency, or high frequency modes and adjust the intensity level.
5. Use each mode for about 5 minutes, with a total recommended usage time of about 20 minutes per day.
6. After use, remove the sheet and wipe it clean with a soft cloth or tissue before storing.
